Cupping and Gua Sha therapy are Chinese Medical techniques used for over 5,000 years to release stagnation in the channels. These therapies are helpful to release muscle tension and disperse lactic acid build-up in achy, sore muscles. They can also be used to clear up congestion in the chest from an upper respiratory condition. Cupping and Gua Sha may be incorporated in your follow-up visits or booked separately.
