Where should you park?

There is plenty of FREE parking around the building. We recommend parking close to the entrance by the road, it is easier to find the office when you walk in the main entrance.

*The handicap entrance is located in the rear of the building however, the front entrance is also handicap accessible but the door does not open automatically.

Frequently asked Questions

Do the needles hurt?

No, the needles insert into the body so quickly that the pain receptors under the skin cannot perceive the sensation as painful. In some areas where this is less flesh, such as the hands and feet, a sensation may be felt similar to a mosquito bite without the itch. This sensation should subside quickly after the needle has been inserted.

How many treatments will you need?

Everyone responds to acupuncture treatments differently so, multiple factors are evaluated to help determine the likely amount of treatments per patient.

The body's resilience to heal declines over time so, repairing imbalances will need time to heal.

Be patient with yourself, the healing process, and your treatment plan.

Are the needles reused?

Today, Acupuncture is administered using disposable needles. The needles are packaged in a sterile environment and for one-time use only. The needles are disposed of in a biohazard container after use.

The needles are:

  • thread-like

  • stainless steel

  • filiform

  • disposable

How will I feel after my treatment?

Everyone responds to acupuncture treatments differently. For instance, some patients have experienced a surge of energy, others feel ready to take a nap. The key is to take it easy and rest after a treatment.

When will I start to feel better?

Everyone responds differently to acupuncture treatments and results will vary depending on the condition. You may feel benefits in other areas of your health before you start to notice changes in your main health concern. Generally, patients notice these benefits within 2-3 treatments however, this also depends on how acute or chronic your condition is.
