How to find us...

Our office is located on the 3rd floor within the Berkshire Healing Arts suite.
(Follow signs for either "Lyndsey Walsh" or "Berkshire Healing Arts").
The main entrance is located at the front of the building by the street on the right of Berkshire Nautilus.
Should you prefer to use the elevator, it is conveniently located by the parking lot on the left-hand side of Berkshire Nautilus.
Where should you park?
We strongly suggest NOT parking in the Hotel on North lot. Your car is subject to towing. There is ample parking available! The FREE parking for 42 Summer Street is located toward the back of the building on the Left-hand side of Berkshire Nautilus.
There is also a large parking lot across the street however, fees do apply.
We are also conveniently located by the bus stop and train station if you are arriving by alternative transportation.

Once you reach the 3rd floor, look for signs that say "Berkshire Healing Arts" or "Lyndsey Walsh"
Walk straight passed Berkshire Osteopathic Health and down the hall. You will see a glass partition.

You will see two suites, the left is Quest Diagnostics, and Suite 306 A is on the right-hand side
Please wait in the waiting room for Berkshire Healing Arts, you will know you are in the right place because it is shared with Berkshire Hypnosis.
There are several waiting rooms on the third floor so, be sure you are in the right one so your practitioner can find you.
If you are lost or unsure you are in the right place, please call or text (413) 298-2122. If Lyndsey does not respond right away, she is finishing up with a patient and will come find you as soon as she can.

How should you prepare for your appointment?
What to wear?
We recommend wearing loose-fitting clothing or bringing a change of clothes with you. (i.e. sweat pants or shorts, tank top or loose tee shirt)
Eat prior to your appointment
Please eat a small meal at least one hour prior to your appointment.
We recommend you drink water prior to your appointment and after. Please refrain from the use of alcoholic beverages on the day of your appointment.
Frequently asked Questions
Do the needles hurt?
No, the needles insert into the body so quickly that the pain receptors under the skin cannot perceive the sensation as painful. In some areas where this is less flesh, such as the hands and feet, a sensation may be felt similar to a mosquito bite without the itch. This sensation should subside quickly after the needle has been inserted.
How many treatments will you need?
Everyone responds to acupuncture treatments differently so, multiple factors are evaluated to help determine the likely amount of treatments per patient.
The body's resilience to heal declines over time so, repairing imbalances will need time to heal.

Are the needles reused?
Today, Acupuncture is administered using disposable needles. The needles are packaged in a sterile environment and for one-time use only. The needles are disposed of in a biohazard container after use.
