Methods of payment
We accept all major credit cards:
Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Visa, debit cards, and FHA cards. We also accept other methods such as cash and check.
We offer Pre-Payment Packages
(Packages are available to those who do not have acupuncture coverage within their health insurance plans)

Pre-Paid Package of 10
Save even more with this package! It is available for NEW and established patients. Use your package your way either by including Initial Consultation and Treatment, plus 9 Follow-Up Treatments Or use as 10 Follow-Up Treatments after an existing package has been fulfilled.

Does my health insurance plan include acupuncture benefits?
Please note that while your health insurance company may be listed above, acupuncture benefits may not be included in your specific plan. We encourage you to review your coverage details.
What if I have medicare?
Medicare-Medex and Medicare Supplemental plans adhere to Medicare guidelines and will not be accepted in this practice. Medicare Advantage may be an exception, but coverage is not guaranteed.
Are there insurance companies that do not include acupuncture benefits?
Yes, unfortunately, Group Insurance Commission (GIC) is a company that DOES NOT offer acupuncture.

Verify Your Insurance Coverage
You can expect to the details of your coverage within 24-hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

Berkshire Fallon Health Collaborative
Referral process:
Hello, members of Berkshire Fallon Health. This practice is considered out-of-network with your insurance company. In order to be seen in this practice, you must follow the steps below:

You must contact your Primary Care Physician and ask them to send a referral letter to your insurance company indicating that you would like to receive acupuncture by Lyndsey Walsh.

The referral from your PCP must be sent directly to your insurance company (Berkshire Fallon Health Collaborative).

Your insurance will make a decision to approve or deny your out-of-network benefits and this process can take up to 14 days.

Once our office receives the approval letter from your PCP or Insurance Company, you will receive a call to schedule your first appointment.
