Our Policy
24 Hours notice for cancellations
As a courtesy and respect to my other patients and to me, your practitioner, please provide adequate notice (required 24 -hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment time) if you need to cancel.
If you need to adjust your appointment time or reschedule, you can sign in to your account and make changes there. If you have not created an account or have trouble signing in, please call (413) 298-2122.
We often have a waiting list and, because we do not double book, your appointment time cannot be used by anyone else if you cancel on short notice or do not show up.

Patients who do not provide adequate 24 hours notice and day-of cancellations are subject to a missed appointment fee of 50% of your service.

Patients who no-show/no-call will be responsible for the entire appointment price (New Patients $90, Follow Up $70, and cupping $45).

You are sent email and text notifications prior to your appointment which allows you adequate time to adjust your appointments. Please utilize these options or reach out to your practitioner by phone.

True emergencies are an exception to this policy. Please note, however, that work and school-related demands are not considered emergencies.

Patients who habitually arrive late, fail to show up, or cancel on short notice will be dismissed from the practice.

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you will have to reschedule and will be charged a late cancellation fee of $25.

We do not want missed appointment fees to impede your care, so we ask for your mutual respect – when you make an appointment, we block out our schedule for you and ask that you exercise the same consideration when planning your calendar.
